20 years - A night to Remember

Two decades mean countless stories, many homes and many lives transformed. But they also deserve to be celebrated properly. And that’s exactly what happened on April 30th at the incomparable setting of Es Baluard Museum of Contemporary Art, where we marked our 20th anniversary with an evening as magical as it was meaningful.

A Sunset with Soul.

The evening began at 7:00 p.m., when guests were welcomed on the newly opened Mariluz terrace by Grupo Tragaluz.

With sunset views and the smooth sound of Tony Ríos on saxophone, a relaxed and elegant atmosphere unfolded. Guests enjoyed a carefully curated selection of finger food served at various gastronomic corners.

Each was labeled in different languages and included detailed ingredient information, taking into account previously communicated food allergies — just one more reflection of the attention to detail we always strive for.

A Vibrant and Emotional Transition

At 8:45 p.m., the atmosphere shifted with a surprise flashmob-style choreography, lit by torches and set to Coldplay’s epic Viva la Vida.

This moment marked the transition into the heart of the evening, as the twilight revealed a special projection of our 20th anniversary logo on the museum’s façade. A symbolic and emotional gesture that beautifully connected past, present and future.

A Secret Club beneath Es Baluard

The experience continued in El Aljub, completely transformed into a refined speakeasy for the occasion.

Elegant table arrangements, intimate lighting with table lamps, and a spectacular bar designed by Brassclub set the scene, where custom cocktails created exclusively for us were served.

Live music byDavid G & Band brought a dynamic rhythm to the space and paved the way for one of the most anticipated moments of the night:

a heartfelt and light-hearted thank-you speech by our founders, Gloria Rodríguez Martín and Daniel Arenas. It was the perfect prelude to the evening’s big surprise.

An Unforgettable Performance

Lío Palma delivered a performance created especially for the occasion: three acts full of energy, creativity and sophistication that left guests speechless. Another example of how we understand quality and experience — down to the last detail.

A Brand’s Essence, in the Air

As in everything we do, our exclusive scent — present in our offices, properties and vehicles — was also subtly present throughout the venue. A nod to sensory branding that reinforced our identity.

Thanks to All Who Joined Us

The event continued until midnight with a lively, elegant and danceable celebration, true to our spirit: a perfect blend of style, warmth and excellence. Among the guests were friends, national and international clients, developers, architects, interior designers and institutional representatives — all of them part of the journey that has led us to become a reference in the real estate sector on the island.
